Sponsorship oportunities for exhibitors

The CCIB, venue of the Congress, has also its rules and regulations for exhibitors. Please, read the following document because it is mandatory to accept all the conditions in the reservation form
General regulations of exhibition in the CCIB

This is the reservation form you have to fill in and send us in order to make your reservations. All the reservations will be made by strictly order of reception of this form.  If you want to participate with any other collaboration it is mandatory to send it again to us. Please read before the general regulations of exhibition in the CCIB.
VERY IMPORTANT: No reservations allowed until 22th December, 2010. Reservation forms received before this date will be not taken into account, except Platinum, Diamond or Gold sponsors.

If you need to rent a booth or some material for your space, you can contact directly the CCIB, which is the official installer of the event. You can download the exhibitor order form in the following link

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Set-up:Set-up will be on Friday, 1st July from 14:00 to 20:00 hrs and on Saturday, 2nd July from 08:00 to 20:00 hrs. All booths must be finished by this time. We will not allow any set-up that does not comply with this schedule
 
2. Dimantling:
Dismantling will be on Wednesday, 6th July from 15:00 to 20:00 and on Thursday, 7th July from 08:00 to 15:00
