Registration conditions

The registration fee includes entrance to all lectures and workshops, documentation of the congress, welcome drink, lunches and coffee breaks. All cancellations must be written. Refunds will be granted to delegates unable to attend, less 25% of administration fees, provided written notice is received by ORL Congresos before 1st June 2011. After 2nd June 2011 no refunds will be made. Amounts due will be reimbursed after the Congress
