Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be written. Refunds will be granted to delegates unable to attend, less 25% of administration fees, provided written notice is received by ORL Congresos before 1st August 2010. After 2nd August 2010 no refunds will be made. Amounts due will be reimbursed after the Congress.
